It’s actually a lot better than I thought it would be. I was thinking it would just fall over when I punch it full force. My only issue is the top part of the stand keeps goin loose and flying off

Speed ball

Part way through the session the ball and metal pole attached can tend to fly out no matter how much I tighten them together.
