Ordered 19 days ago and still waiting for the items to be delivered. Emailed company to complain they claimed they have sent another set out!!surprise surprise still waiting for these also!!

Absolutely terrible customer service stay well clear !

Bought the above Bike after a week had problems with the tension ..tightening then releasing itself
Next problem brake pads fell off.
Contacted customer service (no telephone..probably too many complaints)
After several emails thy got back to me and said it was wear and tear ..
After a week and used twice..
Unbelievable
After getting bak to them they sent me 2 pads and expected me to stick them on the plastic brake shoe ..(instead of sending the complete item )
Probably my own fault for buying a second one as I had trouble with the first one I had after 3months (tension knob seized) but tryed to give benefit of doubt.
Stay well clear ...terrible customer service and company .
Pity I couldn't give NO STARS .
