Not the best grip for a sports mat but customer services were great.

I wanted a high grip/non-slip mat for aerobics/Pilates. Unfortunately with certain intense positions like side planks and push ups I was still slipping on the mat. Customer services were great, however, and gave me a full refund.

Don't do it!!!

This yoga mat is hands down the worst yoga mat I have ever used/purchased. I have only given it five stars because they don't publish reviews that are any less but I wanted to warn people against buying this utterly terrible mat. It slips everywhere, feels extremely thin and smells very strongly of plastic. If you sweat even the tiniest bit when using it do not expect to be able to do any of your practice. The inability of the mat to work with even the smallest bit of moisture makes it impossible to do even the most basic of yoga poses - downward facing dog. You will spend your entire practice slipping all over the mat and not actually being able to focus on what you're doing. DO NOT PURCHASE. Do not make the same mistake I did, an absolute waste of money.

Hi, use this for Pilates and love it. It's durable and comes with a nice bag to store / carry it in. Excellent value.
