This bar is designed for users with standard format weights (1" hole - 25.4mm). The bar has fixed inner collars and also includes spring collars. The barbell also features a knurled grip.

  • Chrome plated solid steel bar
  • Spring ends to ensure discs remain firmly secured onto the bar
  • Bar supplied with 2 x chrome plated spring collars
