Unbelievably quick delivery despite the current circumstances. Easy enough to assemble alone and the instructions all made sense. The rower itself is very sturdy and an excellent addition to our home gym.

Our RowRider was delivered promptly and assembled easily, although I did have to ream out one of the bolt holes as the captive nut had been welded on at an angle. We are very pleased with both the quality of the product and speed of service. Excellent product

When I pull on the cable it does not retract fully. This means that with each rowing action I pull out the cable before it has fully retracted into the machine.
