Easy to assemble easy to use, apart from the pedal straps not easy for a disabled person to do up

Delivery on time but issue with bike pedal.

I cannot fault your delivery service which was excellent. I have set up and used the bike but just after 10 days I now have an issue with the right pedal of the bike. It has become loose. I
have tightened the right pedal. After sometime rideing the bike the right pedal has again become loose. Looks like tightening the right does not help. Please can you now help in resolving this matter. If this gets resolved I will defo rate 5 star. Your delivery was great, now I need some support, please help!
