All About Delivery

We R Sports™ takes every effort to supply each and every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service and over the past 4 years our systems have evolved massively in line with our company's growth to ensure this happens.

Our big parcels are delivered by UKMail who have an exceptionally high success rate for our deliveries and problems are very rare. In recognition of this, we have a great deal of faith in their ability to ensure our customer orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. We monitor the performance of our couriers very closely so rest assured that we only strive to partner with the best in the industry at the time.

Smaller parcels are delivered by RoyalMail who are the main United Kingdom delivery service provider and have earned their name for their consistency and high delivery success rate.

Our despatch systems has been integrated with both of those companies, which now means that the whole process from the point of ordering to the point of delivery is streamlined and informative. By having such accurate and detailed information available to base any investigation on, we are able to quickly and effectively resolve any queries. Isolated problems here and there are an unavoidable consequence for any company dealing with such high volumes of deliveries, we believe a company really shows its worth in the way it deals with issues that do arise. As they say, it's not so much the problem but the way you sort it that counts the most, and this sentiment very much reflects the We R Sports™ philosophy!

To strike a balance between delivery costs, speed and reliability, we currently use the following shipping methods:

• Royal Mail 1st class (For orders up to a maximum value of £50.00 and weight up to 5kg)*
• UKMAIL Next Day Service (For orders up to a maximum value of £400.00 and weight up to 54kg)*

*For orders exceeding the specified limits, checkout will not offer you the option of selection so please contact customer support

Delivery to a BFPO Address

We are pleased to say that we can send items to a British Forces Post Overseas (BFPO) address, with the following restrictions:

• The order must be shipped via Royal Mail and not by express couriers
• The order must not exceed £50.00GBP, or local equivalent
• The order must not weigh more than 5kg, contact us first to find out the weight of your order.
• The order must not be more than 61 x 25 x 25 cm, contact us first to find out the size of your order.

Our delivery options

By default we provide Free Next Day delivery if the following requirements are met:

• Order is made and cleared before 1:00pm
• Order is made during working days
• Delivery address is within mainland UK.

If the order is placed after 1:00pm, the product will be despatched on the next working day. Delivery to addresses outside Mainland UK (please see table below for charges & timeframe for your area) will normally be a 2-3 day service, depending on location.

Please keep in mind that there is rare cases which might affect the delivery date of your parcel & as much as we hate it, these cases are outside our control so please keep this in mind when making online purchases. We will do all we can to provide support should this be the case. Luckily with our current courier this is kept to the very minimum. Here’s just a few circumstances that can affect delivery:

• Road Closures
• Traffic Accidents
• Bad Weather
• Mis-Routing

At the moment We R Sports© provides free delivery within Mainland United Kingdom. There are some exceptions for bigger parcels so please have a look at the table below for pricing and delivery timeframe.

Please note that the estimated delivery is just that, an estimate, and should not be treated as a guaranteed service. We pay the carriers for the service and expect them to hold on their promise, hence why we hate to make guarantees for anything that is out of our control. Keep in mind that 99% of deliveries do reach there on the estimated delivery date but some orders however, do tend to get delayed. If you have not received your order on your estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team or the carriers.
